★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EDIT: Fiz um pedido pelo ifood às 18h54 do dia 15/11/2020. O pedido foi confirmado pelo estabelecimento. O horário máximo estimado para chegada era às 20h04. O pedido não chegou até o horário estabelecido. Aguardei até 20h25 para fazer o primeiro contato via chat do ifood, enviei diversas mensagens, sem nenhum retorno do estabelecimento. Detalhe: a essa altura do campeonato, pelo aplicativo do ifood a empresa já estava FECHADA. Pensei: Como assim? Aceitam um pedido, COBRAM, NÃO ENTREGAM, NEM ESTABELECEM NENHUM CONTATO COM A CLIENTE e agora FECHAM?!? Somente às 21h18 consegui contato via whatsapp e a empresa me explicou o que havia ocorrido, inclusive dizendo que havia tentado contato telefônico (e de fato o telefone estava desligado, em carga) vindo a estornar minha compra poucas horas depois. Resumo: não tenho como avaliar o pedido, pois não usufrui. Achei muito complicado não darem retorno via aplicativo onde oferecem o serviço, uma vez que enviei várias mensagens. O contato só se efetivou pq fui atrás, mas tão logo consegui falar com o estabelecimento, o problema foi parcialmente resolvido. Quem sabe tento dar outra chance futuramente.
EDIT: I placed an order for ifood at 18h54 on 11/15/2020. The order has been confirmed by the establishment. The estimated maximum time of arrival was at 20:04. The order did not arrive until the scheduled time. I waited until 8:25 pm to make the first contact via ifood chat, I sent several messages, without any feedback from the establishment. Detail: at this point in the championship, by the ifood application the company was already CLOSED. I thought: What do you mean? They accept an order, CHARGE, DO NOT DELIVER, OR ESTABLISH ANY CUSTOMER CONTACT and now CLOSE?!? Only at 9:18 pm I managed to contact via whatsapp and the company explained to me what had happened, including saying that I had tried telephone contact (and in fact the phone was disconnected, on charge) coming to reverse my purchase a few hours later. Summary: I have no way of evaluating the request, as I do not enjoy it. I found it very complicated not to give feedback via the application where they offer the service, since I sent several messages. The contact was only made because I went after it, but as soon as I was able to speak to the establishment, the problem was partially solved. Maybe I'll try to give it another chance in the future.
