★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pedido vir errado é até aceitável, mas lhe colocar no final de todos os pedidos após o seu, sabendo que o RESPONSÁVEL PELO ERRO FOI O RESTURANTE é muita irresponsabilidade, Eu fiz o pedido antes das 12hs e à atendente simplesmente pediu desculpas, nem se prontificou a mandar outra porção da parte que veio errada, JÁ FUI EU QUE COBREI, em seguida quando pergunto o tempo que vai demorar para chegar (Pois o almoço estava incompleto, esfriando e obviamente eu estava com fome) ela mais uma vez fala com tranquilidade que o entregador tem outros pedidos na frente do meu ... Como assim na frente, se o meu veio primeiro que todos esses e errado? A resposta foi o silêncio e mandar novamente o pedido incompleto e ainda pediu que eu mandasse de volta o que eu tinha recebido, apesar de já ter enviado uma foto por whatsapp
Obs. Comprei ontem e estava comprando hoje, ou seja, um cliente em conquista do qual um simples funcionário mal treinado ou simplesmente irresponsável ajudou a afastar e a criticar para terceiros
Sou proprietário de uma empresa no ramo de comida também e nunca atendi alguém dessa forma, um pedido errado vira prioridade absoluta, devolução do dinheiro, muitas desculpas e outro pedido entregue sem custos, rápido e caprichado, é assim que se faz com quem contribui com o faturamento da empresa que paga o salário de vocês.
Se for ordem direta da administração (eu acredito que não) eu chamaria de falta de respeito, senão é simplesmente uma colaboradora irresponsável que precisa no mínimo levar uma chamada de atenção

I am the owner of a company in the food business too and I never served anyone like that, a wrong order becomes an absolute priority, money back, many excuses and another order delivered free of charge, fast and neat, this is how you do it with those who contribute with the revenue of the company that pays your salary.
If it is a direct order from management (I believe not) I would call it a lack of respect, otherwise it is simply an irresponsible employee who needs at least to get a call for attention
