★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento de delivery é horrível,não pelo entregador mais o atendimento no WhatsApp a pessoa não me passou o valor antes de entregar,veio faltando um produto e não avisaram antes que não iria vir,mandei msg avisando que veio faltando a pessoa visualizou e só respondeu minutos depois,Fiquei chateada com esse atendimento!
Delivery service is horrible, not for the delivery man but the service on WhatsApp the person didn't give me the value before delivering, a product came missing and they didn't warn before that it wouldn't come, I sent a message warning that it came missing the person saw it and just replied minutes later, I was upset with this service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até o local no dia 30/03/2022, por volta de 14h, para fazer compras, juntamente com a minha mãe idosa e o seu cão chihuahua, de apoio emocional, com amparo na Lei 9317/2021. O animal estava acondicionado em uma mochila para transporte canino, nas minhas costas, munido de toda a documentação, conforme prevê a legislação acima referida, com a devida identificação.
Entrei no estabelecimento normalmente, sem qualquer problema, no entanto, quando me dirigi ao setor de padaria, ainda com o cão na mochila, devidamente fechado e protegido, fui abordada pelo segurança da loja, que determinou que eu me retirasse do local. Como argumentei que tratava-se de um cachorro de apoio emocional, oportunizei ao vigilante a chance de verificar a documentação pertinente, quando este se recusou, de forma grosseira e impertinente, assustando a minha mãe idosa, me dando as costas e deixando falar sozinha. Registro aqui a minha reclamação, especialmente porque a legislação deve ser de conhecimento de todos. Ademais, ainda que a referida conduta seja por mera ignorância da loja, constranger e humilhar o consumidor é algo triste e inaceitável.
Não retornarei mais à essa unidade, pelo desrespeito, descaso e falta de conhecimento sobre a abordagem de clientes. Fico imaginando o transtorno que um deficiente visual encontra se precisar acessar o local com o seu cão guia. Lamentável o episódio.
I went to the place on 03/30/2022, around 2 pm, to go shopping, along with my elderly mother and her chihuahua dog, for emotional support, under the terms of Law 9317/2021. The animal was packed in a backpack for canine transport, on my back, with all the documentation, as provided for in the aforementioned legislation, with proper identification.
I entered the establishment normally, without any problem, however, when I went to the bakery sector, still with the dog in my backpack, properly closed and protected, I was approached by the store's security, who ordered me to leave the place. As I argued that it was an emotional support dog, I gave the guard the chance to check the relevant documentation, when he refused, rudely and impertinently, scaring my elderly mother, turning his back on me and letting me talk to myself. I register my complaint here, especially since the legislation must be known to everyone. In addition, even if the aforementioned conduct is due to mere ignorance of the store, embarrassing and humiliating the consumer is something sad and unacceptable.
I will not return to this unit again, due to disrespect, neglect and lack of knowledge about approaching customers. I can imagine the inconvenience that a visually impaired person finds if they need to access the place with their guide dog. Sad episode.
