Tornei a ligar e o atendente me informou novamente que eu precisava mandar o e mail de novo mas não pelo site. Atendentes mal educados, que acham que fazendo favor em atender. Péssimo!!
I called to quote a car, the clerk asked to send by email, I forwarded the request through the site and received no response. I called again and the attendant informed me again that I needed to send the email again but not through the website. Rude attendants, who think they are doing their best to answer. Terrible!!
