★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os pães são de qualidade. Fora isso, o atendimento é péssimo! Precisam melhorar muito nessa questão. Tem muita demora na fila para pegar a ficha e pegar o pão no balcão, isso atrapalha muito.
The breads are of quality. Other than that, the service is terrible! They need to improve a lot on this issue. There is a lot of delay in the queue to get the token and get the bread on the counter, this gets in the way.

Eu tinha levado 4 reais e a moça disse que eu tinha levado 2 reais e eu vi ela tirando um nota de 2 reais de dentro da outra( porque as duas estavam juntas) ai ela disse que só tinha 2 reais

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível péssimo atendimento comprei um bolo com um gosto ruim provavelmente colocaram algo vencido dentro reclamei e levei o bolo para verem que o gosto estava ruim.fui lá novamente e eles ainda estavam vendendo o bolo para os clientes até o último pedaço eles so querem dinheiro não importa se o cliente vai passar mal ou não depois e o atendimento e péssimo a mulher do caixa só veve sem máscara agora quando o povo chega lá pra comprar sem máscara ela diz que não pode coloca a máscara abaixo do queixo e fica lá como se nada estivesse acontecido ja denunciei e espero que tomem as devidas providências sobre esta padaria!
Horrible bad service I bought a cake with a bad taste they probably put something expired inside I complained and took the cake to see that it tasted bad. I went there again and they were still selling the cake to customers until the last piece they just want money no it matters if the customer is going to be sick or not afterwards and the service is terrible, the cashier only lives without a mask now when people arrive there to buy without a mask she says she can't put the mask under her chin and stay there as if nothing if happened already I denounced and I hope that they take the necessary measures about this bakery!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior atendimento de todos a mulher que fica no caixa super mal educada,ignorante,fica de papo com umas pessoas que conhece no horário de movimento,isso atrasa os clientes,grosseira com o povo,só veve sem máscara,gosta de estipular o valor das coisas vendendo mais caro,horrível mesmo nunca mais piso lá e ainda vou fazer o favor de denunciar pro Procon pra fazer uma vistoria lá,e tbm a questão dos preços abusivos das coisas.
The worst service of all, the woman who stays at the cash register is super rude, ignorant, chatting with some people she knows during movement hours, it delays the customers, rude to the people, she only lives without a mask, likes to stipulate the value of things selling more expensive, horrible even I never step there again and I'll still do you the favor of reporting it to Procon to do an inspection there, and also the issue of abusive prices of things.
