★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei na panificadora às 18:09 dia 04/05/2022, aguardei 5 minutos a atendente finalizar um lanche. Assim que ela finalizou pedi um sanduíche vara de sal e 2 sucos. Fui informado que não tinha o pão de sal. Perguntei se tinha outro pão fui informado que tinha de leite mas que a panificadora fechava as 18:30 e não iria fazer sendo que eram 18:15... agradeci e fui ao caixa onde se encontrava o proprietário e perguntei se não saia mais nada pois achei que ele como gestor iria solicitar a preparação do lanche até porque não tinha dado o horário de fechar e tinham clientes ainda comprando no balcão. Ele nem deu atenção. Eramos de fora, estávamos fardados e bem apresentáveis. Imaginem como iriam nos tratar se estivéssemos de bermuda e camiseta!!!
Enquanto muitos empresários, após um período de pandemia, dariam tudo para ter seus clientes de volta quem dirá clientes novos, outros menosprezam, tratam com total descaso e falta de educação.
I arrived at the bakery at 18:09 on 05/04/2022, I waited 5 minutes for the attendant to finish a snack. As soon as she finished I ordered a salt stick sandwich and 2 juices. I was informed that there was no salt bread. I asked if there was another loaf of bread I was informed that it had milk but that the bakery closed at 18:30 and would not make it since it was 18:15... I thanked him and went to the cashier where the owner was and asked if nothing else came out because I thought that he, as a manager, would request the preparation of the snack, even because he had not given the closing time and there were customers still buying at the counter. He didn't even pay attention. We were outsiders, in uniform and well-presented. Imagine how they would treat us if we were wearing shorts and a t-shirt!!!
While many entrepreneurs, after a period of pandemic, would give anything to have their customers back, let alone new customers, others belittle, treat with total disregard and lack of education.
