Very polite, always refer you as Sir or Mam, they know what you usually order. The bakery has changed over the years and it seems that they have a all you can eat brunch, I haven’t done that but my friend did and he liked it. I can understand some of the complaints but it is almost family, an aging family, you can bicker but they are always there. Breakfast is always good.
