★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou residindo ao lado do comercio e por varias vezes utilizei a padaria, porem na distração esqueci uma garrafa de água quando efetuava o pagamento e retornei para pegar o produto o proprietário se recusou de entregar a garrafa alegando que não fiz a compra no local.Preferiu perder o cliente do que tentar resolver fazer um acordo, tinham evidencias mas todos os funcionários que já me atendiam e tinham o conhecimento da minha frequência no estabelecimento, se fingiram de mortos. Agradeci a atenção do proprietário e eu até tinha o recibo da maquininha de debito, mas resolvi deixar pra lá visto que o atendimento é péssimo nem oferecem uma sacolinha para levar as compras. Como sou uma gota no oceano não valeria apena perder tempo por R$ 3,00 e o erro foi meu quando esqueci uma das compras. Mas eu esperava outra atitude do comerciante, e não desconfiança. Mas no bairro existem outras padarias com atendimento Vip. Então foi ai que entendi o motivo da baixa frequência no estabelecimento! Se pudesse postar zero de estrela eu postaria com prazer.

I thanked the attention of the owner and I even had the receipt of the debit machine, but I decided to leave there since the service is terrible or offer a small bag to take the purchases. As I am a drop in the ocean would not be worth just wasting time for $ 3.00 and the mistake was mine when I forgot one of the purchases. But I expected another attitude from the merchant, not distrust. But in the neighborhood there are other bakeries with VIP service. So that's when I understood the reason for the low frequency on the property! If I could post star zero I would post it with pleasure.
