★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Quase desisti de finalizar a compra. Resolvi continuar porque já estava no interior do estabelecimento e meus filhos precisavam fazer lanche em casa. A terrível experiência começou quando a funcionária ao perceber que eu precisava aproximar da prateleira onde ela estava passando pano de chão, fez uma cara de "mau amigo", pra ser generoso com ela. perguntei se eu poderia aproximar para pegar o produto e a resposta foi um silêncio misturado com espécie de um "se vira". Depois fui para o espaço do pão, e aí novamente uma péssima experiência. Pedi o pegador de pão e entregaram-me um pegador que estava dependurada na pia, próximo de produtos de limpeza e um pano de pia molhado, além disso de rispidez no momento de pesar os pães.
Terrible attendance. I almost gave up on finalizing the purchase. I decided to continue because I was already inside the establishment and my children needed to have lunch at home. The terrible experience started when the employee, realizing that I needed to approach the shelf where she was using the floor cloth, made a face of "bad friend", to be generous with her. I asked if I could approach to get the product and the answer was a silence mixed with a kind of "turn around". Then I went to the bread space, and there again a bad experience. I asked for the bread tongs and they handed me a tongs that were hanging on the sink, next to cleaning products and a wet sink cloth, in addition to harshness when weighing the breads.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os produtos são excelentes, tudo feito com muito carinho, excelência e preparo.
O atendimento ainda continua a desejar, o suposto "patrão" chama atenção dos funcionários na frente do cliente, constrangendo as mesmas e algumas outras coisas que poderiam melhorar nesse sentido de relacionamento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No meio da pandemia um dos donos servindo clientes sem Máscara e colocando pé no balcão enquanto fazia anotações. Péssimo! Não é por ser dono que é melhor que seus funcionários ou imune a doença. Pior de tudo é que a ignorância expõe os clientes ao risco! Falta de respeito total. A regra é usar máscara nos estabelecimentos e isso vale para TODOS. FALTA DE RESPEITO COM O CLIENTES em um bairro com casos confirmados de Covid 19

In the middle of the pandemic one of the owners serving customers without a mask and standing on the counter while taking notes. Terrible! It is not because he is the owner that he is better than his employees or immune to the disease. Worst of all, ignorance exposes customers to risk! Lack of total respect. The rule is to wear a mask in the establishments and that goes for EVERYONE. LACK OF RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS in a neighborhood with confirmed cases in Covid 19
