★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma estrela ainda é muito, esse estabelecimento não merece nem isso. Padaria PÉSSIMA, pura extorsão, por ser o único comércio local os preços são absurdos e os atendentes, principalmente aquela "gerente" são arrogantes e preconceituosos.
A gerente acha que por trabalhar num "bairro nobre" é superior a alguém, coitada, frustrada demais.
 A star is still a lot, this establishment doesn't even deserve that. PÉSSIMA bakery, pure extortion, as it is the only local shop, the prices are absurd and the attendants, especially that "manager" are arrogant and prejudiced.
The manager thinks that working in a "noble neighborhood" is superior to someone, poor thing, too frustrated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro perto da padaria Karol que fica na Chácara Inglesa. De vez em quando passo lá, é um lugar modesto, mas nunca tive problema. Hoje resolvi tomar café da manhã. Pedi uma média expressa e um pão na chapa. Me trouxeram uma xícara grande quase cheia com café (expresso?) visivelmente aguado. Eu disse que média era café com leite. Acrescentaram um pouco de leite e retornaram a mesma xícara. Não preciso dizer o gosto que ficou. Embrulhei o pão num guardanapo, deixei a xícara cheia e fui embora. Paguei 10,90 por isso. Dei uma estrela em consideração ao rapaz que me atendeu. Foi gentil, mas percebi que não adiantaria reforçar o pedido. Achei falta de respeito. Claro que não intencional, mas média com pão na chapa em qualquer padaria tem que ter qualidade básica. Perderam uma cliente.
I live near the Karol bakery in Chácara Inglesa. Once in a while I go there, it is a modest place, but I never had a problem. Today I decided to have breakfast. I ordered an express medium and a bread on the plate. They brought me a large cup almost filled with visibly watered coffee (espresso?). I said the average was coffee with milk. They added a little milk and returned the same cup. I don't need to say what taste it got. I wrapped the bread in a napkin, left the cup full and left. I paid 10.90 for that. I gave a star in consideration to the boy who attended me. It was kind, but I realized that it would be useless to reinforce the request. I found a lack of respect. Of course not intentional, but average with bread on the plate in any bakery has to have basic quality. They lost a client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido nessa padaria pelo Ifood ,não entregaram o refrigerante de 350 ml , liguei reclamei disseram q iriam trazer o refrigerante q faltou mas não trouxeram nada a padaria fechou e nada do meu refri , fizeram na maldade mesmo
I placed an order at this bakery for Ifood , they did not deliver the 350 ml soda , I called and complained they said they would bring the soda that was missing but they did not bring anything the bakery closed and nothing of my soda , they did it in the mean .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi muito melhor essa padaria, hoje em dia não acho tão boa, os funcionários parecem sempre estar de má vontade. Comprei frios e veio feio, mal cortado. Não é uma padaria ruim, mas eu vou nessa padaria desde que ela abriu, e posso dizer que a qualidade caiu bastante.
This bakery was much better, nowadays I don't think it's so good, the employees always seem to be unwilling. I bought cold cuts and it came ugly, badly cut. It's not a bad bakery, but I've been going to this bakery since it opened, and I can say that the quality has dropped a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, ficamos chamando o garçom por um bom tempo, até que meu namorado se levantou e pediu que fossemos atendidos, o garçom em questão, nem se quer anotou nosso pedido, disse que não havia necessidade, quando eu pedi que ele repetisse nosso pedido ele já não lembrava mais e chamou o churrasqueiro para anotar.
Depois que fizemos o pedido, passado 5 minutos outro garçom vai até nosso mesa e pergunta nosso pedido novamente, então eu e meu namorado decidimos ir embora, pedimos que nosso pedido fosse cancelado, e nos dirigimos até o caixa, e para nossa surpresa o churrasqueiro começou a falar mal de nós, dizendo que era melhor irmos embora mesmo...
Aí relatar o ocorrido para o gerente, o mesmo nem ao menos nós pediu desculpas,.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na unidade da Vila Mariana e Pior lanche que eu comi nos últimos tempos. O lugar é super agradável e tem uma grande variedade de itens, porém todos os itens que eu provei estavam horriveis. O risole de queijo e presunto tava puro óleo e parecendo que tava velho. A tortinha de mouuse tava super sem graça. O Donut de Nutella tava com a massa seca, a ponto de eu nem conseguir comer todo. E o folheado de queijo estava super seco também. A atendente nem ofereceu ao menos pra esquentar, poderia ter melhorado um pouco. Levei beijinhos e brigadeiros pra viagem. O beijinho estava péssimo, pura açúcar. E o brigadeiro tava ok. O refrigerante achei carissimo, cerca de R$ 7 a lata. Pra um lugar com uma estrutura dessa e que inaugurou em 1997, achei de péssima qualidade, não recomendo.
I went to the Vila Mariana unit and it was the worst snack I've eaten in recent times. The place is super nice and has a wide variety of items, but all the items I tried were horrible. The cheese and ham risole was pure oil and looked like it was old. The mouse pie was super bland. The Nutella Donut was so dry that I couldn't even eat it all. And the cheese veneer was super dry too. The attendant didn't even offer to warm it up, it could have improved a little. I took kisses and brigadiers for the trip. The kiss was terrible, pure sugar. And the brigadier was ok. The soda was very expensive, about R$7 a can. For a place with a structure like this and that opened in 1997, I found it to be of poor quality, I don't recommend it.
