Hoje, novamente, fui na chuva pegar uma encomenda que fiz, e pra minha surpresa, venderam o que tinha encomendado. Me deram uma desculpa, mais não fizeram absolutamente nada pra corrigir o fato, pelo contrário, fui embora sem meu produto, como se nada tivesse acontecido. Isso já foi a segunda vez. Estão precisando com urgência de um treinamento para atender melhor.
Despite being a client for 01 year, twice they treated me without the consideration I expected. Today, again, I went out in the rain to pick up an order I had placed, and to my surprise, what I had ordered was sold. They gave me an excuse, but they did absolutely nothing to correct the fact, on the contrary, I left without my product, as if nothing had happened. This was the second time. They urgently need training to better serve.
