★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência bem chata e triste... após ter ido embora senti que ao menos 5 ou 10 reais havia sido cobrado a mais. Voltei apenas para não me sentir tão mal, não pelo dinheiro. Quando cheguei, descobri que o “pão com manteiga” (2 reais e pouco) mais o “acréscimo de queijo” (R$ 1.50 aproximadamente) havia sido considerado como um tipo a parte de lanche, que inclusive estava em outra parte do cardápio que eu nem tinha visto. E ME FOI COBRADO DEZZZZ REAIS... por um pão com bem pouco queijo.. QUEIJO PRATO, que eu nem gosto. De qualquer forma havia sido claro que era um pão com manteiga, e que se pudesse, colocar o acréscimo de queijo. Os funcionários são e foram educados, mas não resolveram esse problema. Um pão com um pouco de queijo por DEZ reais hoje em dia é simplesmente um absurdo pro trabalhador brasileiro, ainda mais na PRAIA GRANDE. Eu NUNCA em sã consciência pediria se soubesse ou tivesse sido INFORMADO que era esse o valor. Sendo que tudo que peguei, foi justamente pelo preço. Muito triste, muito.... deixei a notinha em cima do balcão e me sentindo completamente trapaceado, É RIDÍCULO, esse preço e a forma como “resolveram” esse absurdo.
Very boring and sad experience... after leaving I felt that at least 5 or 10 reais had been charged more. I came back just to not feel so bad, not for the money. When I arrived, I found that the "bread and butter" (2 reais and a little) plus the "addition of cheese" (R$1.50 approximately) had been considered as a separate type of snack, which was even in another part of the menu that I hadn't even seen it. AND I WAS CHARGED REAL DEZZZZ... for a bread with very little cheese... CHEESE PRATO, which I don't even like. Anyway, it had been clear that it was bread and butter, and if you could, add the extra cheese. The employees are and were polite, but they didn't solve this problem. A bread with a little cheese for TEN reais today is simply absurd for the Brazilian worker, especially in PRAIA GRANDE. I would NEVER in good conscience ask if I knew or had been INFORMED that this was the value. Since everything I got was just for the price. Very sad, very... I left the note on the counter and feeling completely cheated, IT'S RIDICULOUS, this price and the way they “resolved” this nonsense.
