★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei cancelamento do meu plano, fui informado que levariam 30 dias para processar o cancelamento, e que dentro desse prazo a parcela do mês seria cobrada. Ok, estava de acordo porque havia assinado o contrato e estava ciente. Porém descontaram 1 parcela a mais, e não fizeram questão de pelo menos entender e resolver o problema. Outros amigos haviam feito o cancelamento em outras unidades , da mesma forma que eu, e não tiveram problemas, foi cobrado apenas o correto.
 I requested the cancellation of my plan, I was informed that it would take 30 days to process the cancellation, and that within that period the monthly installment would be charged. Okay, I agreed because I had signed the contract and I was aware of it. But they discounted 1 installment more, and they didn't make a point of at least understanding and solving the problem. Other friends had made the cancellation in other units, just like me, and they had no problems, only the correct amount was charged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei surpreso (de um jeito bom) com o espaço. Fácil acesso, biometria, atendimento da recepção. Tudo muito rápido e assertivo. Muitas unidades de equipamentos, o que favorece não ter que esperar para exercícios
I was surprised (in a good way) with the space. Easy access, biometrics, reception service. All very fast and assertive. Lots of equipment units, which favors not having to wait for exercises

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já reclamei diversas vezes na recepção, mandei e-mail, escrevi na caixinha de observações, TUDO! E a academia continua suja, imunda e nojenta! É uma falta de respeito esse ambiente com os alunos, estamos falando de um lugar relacionado a saúde e encontramos essa situação. Apoio minha garrafinha de agua e quando vou beber está lotada de cabelo, sujeira e outras coisas. Uma vergonha!
Graças a Deus meus dias nesse lugar já estão contados, mas espero de verdade que eles criem vergonha e melhorem essas condições!
I've complained several times at reception, sent an email, wrote in the comments box, EVERYTHING! And the gym is still dirty, filthy and disgusting! It is a lack of respect for this environment with students, we are talking about a place related to health and we found this situation. I hold my water bottle and when I go to drink it is full of hair, dirt and other things. A shame!
Thank God my days in this place are numbered, but I really hope they create shame and improve these conditions!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considerando o fato de que já treinei em várias academias da cidade, inclusive outras unidades da panobianco, esta é a unidade mais completa tratando de variedade de equipamentos e modalidades.
Considering the fact that I've trained in several gyms in the city, including other Panobianco units, this is the most complete unit dealing with a variety of equipment and modalities.

Cool atmosphere and exceptional instructors and receptionist. However, cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Pilates class that is good but totally clean

Gym is good, good and helpful teachers, too bad it's very dirty, there are places you see that haven't been cleaned for weeks (or even months)
