★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seguindo os comentários dos colegas, o hotel não tem nenhuma estrutura para receber hóspedes. Meu quarto ar condicionado não funcionava. Quarto precisando de reforma e banheiro vazando água. Em que pese eu ver apenas duas funcionárias que até podem estar tentando resolver os problemas, o hotel não possui boa estrutura. A entrada é pela garagem e cheira esgoto.
 Following the comments of colleagues, the hotel has no structure to receive guests. My room air conditioner did not work. Room in need of renovation and bathroom leaking water. Although I only see two female employees who may even be trying to solve the problems, the hotel does not have a good structure. The entrance is through the garage and smells like sewage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento, liguei para me informar melhor sobre preços e horarios e quando respondi para a recepcionista o horário de checkout a mesma me respondeu grosseiramente que a recepçao nao era 24hs! Pessimo lugar, jamais gastaria meu dinheiro em um lugar onde tem funcionários desse nivel!
Pessimo customer service, I called to get better information about prices and times and when I answered the receptionist the checkout time the same replied rudely that the reception was not 24 hours! Pessimo place, I would never spend my money in a place where it has employees of that level!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima localização e com uma vista linda para o mar, porém por ser um hotel, deixa a desejar em alguns aspectos para comodidade e bem estar dos seus hóspedes... como manutenção dos aptos (problema na fechadura da porta de entrada; goteiras do ar condicionado dentro no ap). Informações necessárias que ficam ocultas no site ( pelo que entedemos os aptos fazem parte de um grande prédio, porém são divididos... alguns aptos de determinados andares fazem parte do hotel Panorama e o restante fazem parte de outro hotel com nome fixado na entrada como qualquer outro hotel, com recepção na entrada tudo conforme estabelecido. Já o Panorama não identifica o nome exposto, recepção tem , mas você não vê. A entrada e saída do hotel é por um portão de garagem; utilização somente do elevador de serviço). Reposição diária dos alimentos servidos no café da manhã... observamos o mesmo bolo de chocolate do mesmo jeito durante os três dias hospedados. Enfim, não é uma reclamação, é o nosso ponto de vista em relação a avaliação do local. Creio que possam renovar para terem sucesso, é o que desejamos.
Great location and with a beautiful view to the sea, however for being a hotel, it leaves in some aspects for the comfort and well-being of its guests ... as maintenance of the apt (problem in the lock of the entrance door; air leaks conditioned inside the ap). Necessary information that is hidden on the website (as we understand the apartments are part of a large building, but are divided ... some apartments on certain floors are part of the Panorama hotel and the rest are part of another hotel with a name fixed on the entrance as any other hotel, with reception at the entrance, everything as established. Panorama does not identify the name displayed, reception does, but you do not see it. The entrance and exit of the hotel is through a garage gate; use only the service elevator). Daily replenishment of the food served for breakfast ... we observed the same chocolate cake in the same way during the three days we stayed. Anyway, it is not a complaint, it is our point of view regarding the evaluation of the place. I believe they can renew to be successful, that's what we want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is in serious need of some renovations.. I had to request a change of room due to an unsecured toilet. Next room had a shower door that was falling apart. Shower compartment was very small , only fits 1 person at a time .. Also the close proximity to the ocean means it is very noisy at night.. Breakfast was descent.
