★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está avaliação é somente referente ao delivery, pois todas as vezes que estive na casa o atendimento foi sensacional, 10 estrelas, porém hoje recebi um casal de amigos do Guarujá, fiz maior marketing, pedimos 4 combos, pagamos 8 reais da entrega pois moro meio longe, e infelizmente a batata frita chegou úmida parecendo batata de marmita, os refris chegaram quente, e o pão chegou murcho por ter saído quente e ter sido abafado, entendo que o delivery compromete um pouco na entrega final do produto, mas não justifica a batata murcha, onion rings mal frito, recomendo a todos o pantera pois aqui na região é certo que não tem igual, porém no delivery deixou muito a desejar HOJE, pedi outras vezes mas hoje não veio top.
This assessment is only related to delivery, because every time I was at the house the service was sensational, 10 stars, but today I received a couple of friends from Guarujá, I did more marketing, we asked for 4 combos, we paid 8 reais for the delivery because I live a bit far away, and unfortunately the fries arrived moist like a boxed potato, the sodas arrived hot, and the bread arrived shriveled because it came out hot and was smothered, I understand that the delivery compromises a little in the final delivery of the product, but it does not justify the wilted potatoes, barely fried onion rings, I recommend the panther to everyone because here in the region it is certainly unmatched, but the delivery left a lot to be desired TODAY, I ordered it other times but today it didn't come top.

Ótimos lanches, porém frequentemente independente do dia vc pede um determinado lanche, não obtém, relatam que acabou... Isso faltando 1:30hs para fechar o estabelecimento.
Quando vc liga dia de semana 23:35hs faltando 10min para o encerramento eles não atendem telefone, watts e tiram do fora o aplicativo... Quando atendem o telefone dizem que já se encerrou o atendimento, o que não condiz com o horário informado na apresentação da empresa no Google...

Great snacks, but often regardless of the day you ask for a certain snack, you don't get it, they report that it's over... That's 1:30h before closing the establishment.
When you call weekdays at 11:35 pm with 10 minutes to go, they don't answer the phone, watts and remove the app... When they answer the phone they say that the service has already ended, which does not match the time informed company presentation on Google...
