★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei a chave do ap com o instalador, instalou porem deixou a porta do quarto do meu filho desmontada, pois nao conseguiu colocar por causa do piso. Simplesmente foi embora, e qnd reclamamos, disseram que é serviço a parte pra cortar a porta! E nem se quer avisaram sobre isso antes.
I left the ap key with the installer, installed it but left the door of my son's room disassembled, because he couldn't put it on because of the floor. He just left, and when we complained, they said it was a separate job to cut the door! And they didn't even know about it before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coloquei no meu apartamento o piso laminado na sala e nos quartos, ciente de que o mesmo não pode molhar, pois estraga. Após alguns meses coloquei o piso vilinico na cozinha e no banheiro. Passou menos de 2 meses e meu rodapé do banheiro está todo destruido, pois não foi utilizado o adequado para esses ambientes.
Liguei na loja pedindo a troca do rodapé e o Nelson informou que não efetuará a troca, pois alegou ter informado que o rodapé não era adequado. Se eu estava ciente que o laminado não é adequado para banheiro e cozinha, paguei mais caro no vilinico para não ter problemas, porque eu iria querer um rodapé inadequado?
Fui informada que não será realizada a troca, que se eu quiser terei que pagar.
Realmente insatisfeita, pois eu paguei caro pelo material, e a loja tratar com total descaso.
I put laminate flooring in the living room and bedrooms in my apartment, aware that it cannot get wet, as it spoils. After a few months I put the vinylic floor in the kitchen and the bathroom. Less than 2 months have passed and my bathroom baseboard is completely destroyed, as the one suitable for these environments has not been used.
I called the store asking to change the footer and Nelson informed that he will not make the change, as he claimed to have informed that the footer was not suitable. If I was aware that the laminate is not suitable for bathroom and kitchen, I paid more in the vilinico to not have problems, why would I want an inappropriate baseboard?
I was informed that the exchange will not be made, that if I want I will have to pay.
Really dissatisfied, because I paid dearly for the material, and the store treated it with total neglect.
