Primeiro falaram que não aceitavam cartão de crédito na compra da passagem da viação paraibuna, com raiva a pessoa aceitou, mas aí na hora de imprimir a passagem colocaram meu nome errado, número do documento não tem, ainda cobraram uma taxa sendo que nem avisaram sobre ela. Uma estrela para a loja ainda é muito.
Bad service. First they said that they did not accept credit cards when buying the ticket for the Paraibuna bus, angrily the person accepted it, but then when printing the ticket they put my name wrong, the document number doesn't have it, they even charged a fee and they didn't even warn about it.
