Consegui ficar bem esclarecida sobre os grupos alimentares, a importância da constância, disciplina entre vários outros quesitos. Estou adorando meus resultados.
I loved the method of diet, not being a ready diet, it is easier to comply when we have more than one option to choose. I was able to be well informed about the food groups, the importance of consistency, discipline among several other items. I'm loving my results.

Entrega ao paciente não apenas um acompanhamento nutricional, mas ensina o melhor caminho para mudar genuinamente seus hábitos alimentares, com autonomia do paciente em ensinar a fazer escolhas conscientes. The best nutritionist I've ever followed up with. It gives the patient not only nutritional monitoring, but teaches the best way to genuinely change their eating habits, with the patient's autonomy in teaching how to make conscious choices. Don't be stuck with ready-made diets in a drawer. I highly recommend her work!
