★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi uma pizza grande pelo atendimento online, após 1h de espera, entrei em contato com a pizzaria e quem atendeu no whatsapp, confirmou que a pizza tinha saído para entrega às 19:03, após 35 min, a pizza não tinha sido entregue, o que achei estranho pois moro no centro e em 5 min o entregador estaria em minha casa. A justificativa do entregador foi que só ele estava entregando, ainda assim, demorou 35 min para entregar minha pizza que foi recusada e não pedirei mais nada nesse estabelecimento. Já pedi várias vezes, gosto do sabor da pizza, mais essa falta de atenção e respeito do atendimento online foi estressante. Não quero mais passar por isso.
I ordered a large pizza for online service, after 1 hour of waiting, I contacted the pizzeria and who answered on whatsapp, confirmed that the pizza had left for delivery at 19:03, after 35 min, the pizza had not been delivered, the I found it strange because I live in the center and in 5 min the delivery man would be at my house. The justification of the delivery man was that only he was delivering, yet it took 35 min to deliver my pizza, which was refused and I will not order anything more at this establishment. I've ordered several times, I like the taste of the pizza, but this lack of attention and respect for online service was stressful. I don't want to go through this anymore.
