★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 01/11/2017 fui até a empresa Papéis Safra para fazer uma entrevista,pois bem a entrevista seria as 9:00 da manhã cheguei ao local e fiquei aguardando até umas 9:40 no estacionamento da empresa!Então fomos convidados a adentrar,chegando até o local da entrevista estava o Dono da empresa e duas moças sentadas ao lado dele,eis que começaram as entrevistas o dono começou a entrevistar uma por uma das moças,e ele não faz perguntas sobre experiências profissionais nem nada disso,o foco dele é na vida pessoal das pessoas e sempre muito arrogante e prepotente e sem nenhuma mas nenhuma educação.Eu achei uma falta de respeito com todas as candidatas,inclusive comigo e uma falta de profissionalismo deste que se intitula dono dessa empresa,e não tem respeito pelas pessoas e se diz muito cheio de ``CULTURA´´ e fica zombando dos candidatos,ele deveria ter vergonha de ser tão esnobe e sem educação. O Senhor dono diz para as pessoas que vão para o processo seletivo nesta empresa que elas não possuem cultura para trabalhar lá!quem é ele para dizer isso... um homem tão arrogante e sem educação como esse,deveria fazer um tratamento,pois a forma que ele trata as pessoas deve ser algum tipo de frustração!Um ser humano sem respeito algum,que deveria rever seus conceitos e se envergonhar de ser desta forma!!
On 11/01/2017 I went to the company Papel Safra to do an interview, because the interview would be at 9:00 am I arrived at the place and waited until 9:40 am in the company parking lot! So we were invited to enter , arriving at the interview place was the owner of the company and two girls sitting next to him, behold, the interviews started, the owner started to interview one by one of the girls, and he does not ask questions about professional experiences or anything like that, the focus his is in the personal life of people and always very arrogant and arrogant and without any but no education. by people and says he is very full of `` CULTURE '' and is mocking candidates, he should be ashamed of being so snobbish and uneducated. The owner says to the people who go to the selection process in this company that they don't have the culture to work there! The way he treats people must be some kind of frustration! A human being without any respect, who should review his concepts and be ashamed of being this way !!
