★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento insatisfatório. Fui olhar uma cadeira office, gostei de dois modelos e de repente um funcionário tirou a mais barata porque já havia sido vendida. Não houve interesse dos vendedores em realizar um atendimento. Sai da loja e fui na concorrente Papiro. Sai de lá com uma cadeira de mais de 1000 reais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionários da loja me assediaram na porta da loja enquanto carregavam um caminhão...Não contavam que eu iria entrar na loja pra comprar.. Fiz uma reclamação quanto a isso e nenhuma providência certamente foi tomada. Entrei pra fazer um bom negócio e sai ofendida e envergonhada... Ao sair da loja observei que estavam fazendo o mesmo com todas as mulheres que passavam na porta. Infelizmente esse tipo de funcionário destrói a reputação de uma empresa que está consolidada há anos no mercado. Não piso nessa loja nunca mais! Espero que revejam a política de atendimento, pois quem passa na porta pode entrar um dia, como eu entrei! Meu desejo profundo é que os funcionários dessa loja entendam a importância de respeitar as mulheres. Em contrapartida a vendedora Barbara foi super solícita e simpática ao me atender! Por mais funcionárias assim. Mas acabei comprando na loja concorrente, não poderia deixar meu dinheiro tão suado ali tendo uma experiência tão ruim quanto a que eu tive.

My deepest desire is that the employees of this store understand the importance of respecting women. On the other hand, the saleswoman Barbara was super helpful and friendly when serving me! For more employees like that. But I ended up buying at the competitor's store, I couldn't leave my money so sweaty there having an experience as bad as the one I had.
