Para minha feliz supresa, o atendimento foi ágil, organizado e seguro. Eles estão levando a sério o protocolo de segurança COVID-19. O serviço prestado foi eficaz e de ótima qualidade. Lá da loja, eu enviei a imagem por e-mail para a gráfica deles e logo fui chamado pela atendente. Pablo foi o profissional encarregado da impressão da minha foto. Eu precisava de uma foto que coubesse perfeitamente em um porta-retrato que tinha paspatour. Ele analisou meu caso e logo trouxe uma solução eficiente. Ele inclusive me deixou à vontade para mexer na foto no photoshop que eles tem a fim que a impressão fosse o mais fiel possível à imagem que tinha na tela do meu celular. O resultado foi muito acima do esperado. Portanto, recomendo o serviço da Papel Imagem a todos.
I found this stationery and copier through google search. I read the negative comments about the service and was a little afraid, but I decided to go to the store anyway. To my happy surprise, the service was quick, organized and safe. They are taking the COVID-19 security protocol seriously. The service provided was efficient and of excellent quality. From the store, I sent the image by e-mail to their printer and was soon called by the attendant. Pablo was the professional in charge of printing my photo. I needed a photo that would fit perfectly in a frame that had paspatour. He analyzed my case and soon came up with an efficient solution. He even made me feel free to tinker with the photos they have in photoshop so that the print was as faithful as possible to the image on my phone screen. The result was much higher than expected. Therefore, I recommend the role of Papel Imagem to everyone.

Terça-feira, dia 03/05/22 fui a Papelaria : Papel Imagem Papelaria e Copiadora.
Fui ao andar de cima, pois queria fazer uma estampa em uma caneca.
Perguntei ao funcionário o preço e ele me informou que o preço era : R$ 38,50. Porém, eu teria que comprar a caneca, pois lá eles não vendiam.
Perguntamos onde poderíamos comprar e o funcionário disse que não saberia responder.
Agradeci e fui embora. No mesmo dia, fui ao shopping onde comprei 5 canecas (todas para fazer a estampa) onde paguei R$ 20,00 por cada, dando um total de R$ 100,00.
Entrando em contato com a papelaria hoje, eles me deram uma outra informação: Que eles não aceitavam canecas compradas de fora, pois a caneca precisaria ser sublimada (o que o funcionario em nenhum momento me informou).
e eles trabalhavam somente com A CANECA DELES.
Ou seja, além da informação ser equivocada e o funcionário sequer se importar em passar ao cliente a informação correta, eu ainda precisei gastar gasolina para ir ao shopping, pagar o estacionamento e desembolsar R$ 100 reais de canecas que eu não preciso, pois as mesmas seriam presentes.
E sabe a solução da papelaria? Nenhuma..
Treinem os funcionários de vocês.
NEGLIGENCE WITH THE CUSTOMER AND MISINFORMATION
Tuesday, 05/03/22 I went to Papelaria : Papel Imagem Papelaria e Copiadora.
I went upstairs because I wanted to make a print on a mug.
I asked the employee the price and he informed me that the price was: R$ 38.50. However, I would have to buy the mug, because they didn't sell it there.
We asked where we could buy it and the employee said he couldn't answer.
I thanked and left. On the same day, I went to the mall where I bought 5 mugs (all to make the print) where I paid R$ 20.00 for each, giving a total of R$ 100.00.
Contacting the stationery store today, they gave me another piece of information: That they did not accept mugs purchased from outside, as the mug would need to be sublimated (which the employee never informed me).
and they worked only with THEIR MUG.
That is, in addition to the information being wrong and the employee not even bothering to give the customer the correct information, I still had to spend gas to go to the mall, pay for parking and pay BRL 100 for mugs that I don't need, because the they would be present.
And do you know the stationery solution? None..
