★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até a papelaria pra tirar várias cópias, um dos documentos era um diploma e deveria ser frente e verso. A atendente Roseli tirou apenas da frente e eu solicitei que a impressão fosse frente e verso, ao que ela respondeu que não tinha bola de cristal. Já no caixa para pagamento, informei sobre a impressão a mais que ela tinha feito por não ter a bola de cristal, e ela respondeu grosseiramente que se quisesse ela mesma pagava, ainda assim fiz o pagamento de acordo com a falha dela. Penso que se a pessoa não está com vontade de trabalhar, fique em casa, pois em momento algum fui ríspido com a mesma. Recorria com frequência ao local para muitas coisas e agora não coloco mais os pés!
 I went to the stationery store to take several copies, one of the documents was a diploma and it should be front and back. The attendant Roseli took it only from the front and I requested that the print be double-sided, to which she replied that it did not have a crystal ball. At the cashier for payment, I informed her about the extra impression she had made because she didn't have the crystal ball, and she replied rudely that if she wanted to, she would pay, I still made the payment according to her fault. I think that if the person is not in the mood to work, stay at home, because at no time was I harsh with her. I used to go to the place frequently for many things and now I don't set foot anymore!
