Mas estou decepcionada, entrei em contato pelo Whatsapp da Brunoro, a qual me tiraram a primeira duvida muiiito tempo depois, continuamente eu escrevi varias vezes para tentar acertar uma encomenda q estava precisando urgente , cheguei ate a ligar para a loja e pedir para me atenderem pelo Whatsapp pois precisava mandar um arquivo do que queria, e se passaram 2 dias e nem visualizaram minhas msgs, fiquei hiper chateada... Enfim, procurei outra loja q me atendeu prontamente e finalizei minha compra. Hoje dou nota 0 , e ainda sou Obrigada a colocar 1 estrela, pois se nao meu comentario nao é publicado. Descaso total com cliente. !!! .
