★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após anos comprando nesta papelaria a atendente do caixa informou que não tinha NADA para eu embrulhar os papéis para foto que comprei. Falou para eu comprar um envelope. Gente! É uma papelaria...não tem nada sobrando para envolver um material delicado? Ainda me deu uma sacola pequena que não cabia a cartolina e papel cartão. Então, acho que é o gerente, viu e me entregou uma sacola maior. Decepcionada!
After years of shopping at this stationery, the cashier said that there was NOTHING for me to wrap the photo papers I bought. He told me to buy an envelope. People! It's a stationery ... there's nothing left to wrap delicate material? He even gave me a small bag that didn't fit the cardboard and paperboard. So, I think it's the manager, he saw it and handed me a bigger bag. Disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ não tem quase nada !!!!!! muito ruim o atendimento tem gente que noa ouve tem q ficar repedindo mil vezes e sempre fazem uma cara feia tem uma mulher que fica no computador ela é muito sem educação a primeira vez que eu foi gostei muito por que foi um japones que me atendeu ele é muito educado e muito legal mais os outros atendentes soa horirvel e quando eu fui as cosas são bem mais carras que as outras lojas como kalunga e etc não tinha nenhum caderno !!!!!!
e tinha um estojo da faber castell que é 50 reais e na kalunga esta 34 reais é muita diferença !!!! e agora eu nunca mais vou ir nessa loja por que mal atendimento e tudo mais caro e não tem opição voces perderam um cliente que amo papelaria !!!! se o atendimento fosse melhor e mais barato eu só ia comprar ai mas como n é

there is almost nothing !!!!!! very bad the service has people who do not hear has to be repeating a thousand times and always make an ugly face has a woman who is on the computer she is very uneducated the first time I was very liked because it was a Japanese who attended me it is very polite and very cool but the other attendants sounds horirvel and when i went the things are much more crazy than the other stores like kalunga and etc had no notebook !!!!!!
and had a faber castell case that is 50 reais and in kalunga this 34 reais is a big difference !!!! and now I'll never go to this store because poor service and everything more expensive and has no option you lost a customer who love stationery !!!! if the service was better and cheaper I would just buy there but as n is

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Estou chocada com a falta de educação e respeito com que fui tratada, ontem, quando estive nesse local. Peguei um produto e fui passar no caixa para pagar. De repente, surgiu uma senhora dizendo que aquele não era o valor do produto (que estava afixado no mesmo) e que, portanto, eu ñ poderia comprar por aquele valor. Alertei-a, com toda educação que sim, ela teria que me vender aquele produto pelo valor que estava exposto, de acordo com o Código de Defesa do Consumidor. Ela se descontrolou, gritou e reafirmou que não me venderia e que eu poderia ir embora porque, segundo ela, eu não faria falta mais pra loja. Enfim, inacreditável acontecimentos para um estabelecimento que se preocupa em prezar pelo bom relacionamento de seus clientes. Não é o caso dessa loja, obviamente.
Terrible attendance! I am shocked by the lack of education and respect I was treated with yesterday when I was there. I took a product and went to the cashier to pay. Suddenly a lady came up saying that this was not the value of the product (which was affixed to it) and therefore I could not buy for that value. I warned her, with all her education, she would have to sell me that product for the amount it was exposed to, according to the Consumer Protection Code. She lost her temper, shouted and reaffirmed that she would not sell me and that I could leave because, according to her, I would not miss the store anymore. Anyway, unbelievable events for an establishment that cares about cherishing the good relationship of its customers. Not the case with this store, obviously.
