★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bastante variedade e opções em produtos de papelaria, tira foto 3x4, acesso a internet e impressões, preços normais, bom atendimento, porém as vezes um pouco lento quando acumula pessoas para serem atendidas.
 Plenty of variety and options in stationery products, 3x4 photo, internet access and prints, normal prices, good service, but sometimes a little slow when people accumulate to be served.

Não é explicado a cobrança antes da prestação do serviço. Falta de transparência e boa índole com o consumidor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cobram R$ 1,60 para impressão de documentos enviados por e-mail ou whatsapp. Só informam sobre esta cobrança após a impressão, sem qualquer aviso prévio verbal ou descritivo. Complementando, até a data de 14/03/2022, não estiveram fixadas as devidas informações de cobrança do estabelecimento de forma clara, visível e transparente, para que assim possamos escolher ou não a impressão. Esta prática está em desacordo com o art. 39, incisos V e VI do Código de Proteção e Defesa do Consumidor (Lei 8.078 de 11/09/1990). O atendimento também deixa a desejar. Não indico.
They charge BRL 1.60 for printing documents sent by email or whatsapp. They only inform about this charge after printing, without any prior verbal or descriptive notice. In addition, until the date of 03/14/2022, the proper billing information for the establishment was not fixed in a clear, visible and transparent way, so that we can choose whether or not to print. This practice is in disagreement with art. 39, items V and VI of the Consumer Protection and Defense Code (Law 8078 of 09/11/1990). The service also leaves something to be desired. I do not indicate.
