★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma papelaria com muitos produtos, mas o fato de não poder entrar dentro da loja para escolher eu mesmo o que comprar foi péssimo. Uma barreira na entrada da loja, cada produto que precisava ver, tinha que esperar a atendente ir buscar e trazer na porta para eu ver. A legislação já permite a entrada dentro da loja. Quando disse, na ultima avaliação, "vamos respeitar os clientes", não estava me referindo ao atendimento da balconista, que foi solícita e prestativa, mas referia-me ao fato de não permitirem a entrada dentro da papelaria. Se o quadro de funcionários está reduzido, existem outras formas de lidar com a situação que não envolva restringir o acesso dos clientes. Algumas sugestões seriam dar a opção do cliente escolher se gostaria de entrar ou não, outra seria definir uma quantidade maxima de clientes dentro da loja( 5 ou 6, por exemplo). Quando diz que a entrada não estava impedida, não faz muito sentido, pois durante a minhas compras, não havia nenhum cliente dentro da loja e mesmo assim, não me foi dada opção de passar pela corrente. Inclusive durante minhas compras, dois clientes cansaram-se de esperar e foram embora sem atendimento, isso reverte-se em prejuízo para vocês mesmos.
Infelizmente, vou olhar de fora, se tiver corrente na entrada, vou evitar comprar nessa papelaria, até que se normalize, espero que seja em breve.

Even during my purchases, two customers got tired of waiting and left without service, this is detrimental to yourselves.
Unfortunately, I'm going to look at it from the outside, if there's a current at the entrance, I'm going to avoid buying from this stationery store, until it gets back to normal, I hope it's soon.

Achei bem barato a parte de papéis (celofane, cartolina, eva, eva com glitter, laminado, etc). Também achei o serviço de impressão barato. Pena que não tem estacionamento no local, necessário parar o carro na rua mesmo, se conseguir achar vaga, afinal é centro da cidade, ou em algum estacionamento particular. Aceitam cartão de crédito e parcelam, a depender do valor.
