★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O vendedor é a antipatia em pessoa. Enquanto eu falava, o mesmo virou as costas e foi atender outra pessoa. Recarreguei um cartucho e no dia seguinte fui reclamar pois não estava imprimindo, alegou que não lembrava da minha recarga mesmo estando com o comprovante. No fim, trocou meu cartucho por outro e qdo cheguei em casa, estava queimado. Preferi nem voltar para reclamar novamente. Péssimo atendimento e péssimo serviço.
The seller is dislike in person. While I was talking, he turned his back and went to see someone else. I refilled a cartridge and the next day I went to complain because I wasn't printing, claimed that I didn't remember my refill even though I had the receipt. In the end, I changed my cartridge for another one and when I got home, it was burnt. I preferred not to go back to complain again. Lousy service and lousy service.
