★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A papelaria tem um aspecto bem bagunçado. É difícil entender como funciona o atendimento e onde efetua o pagamento. Parece que ficou presa no tempo. Além de preços acima da média, como uma caneta que custa R$15 em outras papelarias, lá custa R$20.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ muito insastifeita, comprei material em dezembro , á vista, pois não aceitavam cartão, só dinheiro....agora que vai começar as aulas, falta 2 livros. Me deram mais uns dias , faltando 2 dias para começar as aulas. resposta simples....te reembolsamos o valor dos livros. Agora tenho que correr atrás desses livros???
very dissatisfied, I bought material in December, in cash, because they didn't accept cards, only cash....now that classes are going to start, 2 books are missing. They gave me a few more days, missing 2 days to start classes. simple answer....we refund you the value of the books. Now I have to run after these books???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Papelaria grande, com bastante variedade de material e modelo. Não tem estacionamento, mas normalmente consigo parar na rua próxima. Achei os funcionários um pouco agitados, talvez por ser início de ano e terem muitas listas de escola para fazer. Ou talvez um treinamento com eles.
Large stationery, with a wide variety of material and model. There is no parking, but I can usually park on the next street. I found the staff a little agitated, perhaps because it was the beginning of the year and they had a lot of school lists to make. Or maybe training with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedido realizado em 15/01, em 28/01 sexta anterior ao inicio das aulas, ligo questionando sobre a não entrega dos produtos que no carrinho de compra e no email enviado após a compra indicava entrega em 1 dia útil, e eles falam que não é válida essa informação que o próprio sistema deles informa, e que somente após a realização de compras de lista de material, que eles fazem a solicitação a editora, pedi para extornar o pedido pois eles ainda não tinham um prazo para a entrega, então assim eu conseguiria fazer em outro estabelecimento, o que alias recebi em 1 dia e não precisou ser útil (recebi no sabado).
Quanto ao extorno, falaram que iriam desligar para avaliar e me retornar, ja passou 24hrs da ligação e até agora não obtive retorno.
Finalizando, não comprem numa empresa que não consegue cumprir o prazo e nem dar satisfação ao cliente mesmo após 13 dias da compra ter sido realizada.
Order placed on 01/15, on 01/28, Friday before the start of classes, I call asking about the non-delivery of products that in the shopping cart and in the email sent after purchase indicated delivery in 1 business day, and they say no this information that their own system informs is valid, and that only after the material list purchases, that they make the request to the publisher, I asked to cancel the order because they still didn't have a deadline for delivery, so that's it I could do it at another establishment, which I received in 1 day and didn't need to be useful (I received it on Saturday).
As for the extortion, they said they would hang up to evaluate and get back to me, 24 hours have passed since the call and so far I have not received a response.
Finally, don't buy from a company that can't meet the deadline or give customer satisfaction even after 13 days of purchase has been made.
