Além do quê, a família que nos atente ainda mantém algo pouco presente nos dias de hoje: a gentileza. Vão à sua casa se precisar de algo de emergência. Melhor lugar não há!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A senhora que atente foi extremamente grosseira! Uma pessoa de aproximadamente 60 anos.
Fui ontem a papelaria em busca de um plástico que é vendido por metro. Entrei com minha filha no bebe conforto e para entrar na papelaria você deve deslizar a porta de vidro que fica fechada.
Obviamente, sem a intenção, esbarrei na estante de vidro e uma placa de plástico caiu. A senhora já olhou feio e ao invés de se preocupar se minha bebe ou eu nos machucamos, fechou a cara.
Se fosse algo que tivesse quebrado iria pagar, mas não foi o caso.
Fui pedir pego plástico e essa senhora se quer esperou eu terminar de falar oq queria e foi dizendo que não tem.
Então eu agradeci e dei a meia volta.
Essa senhora, novamente super indelicada, foi abrir a porta de correr, inicialmente achei que fosse gentileza, mas não, ela disse « vou abrir s ports pra você antes que derrube outra coisa » !!!! Fiquei sem reação, realmente não esperava uma grosseria dessas!
Além da parte humana (não se importar se minha bebe e eu nos ferimos) ainda é grosseira!
Ser humano, nada humano!
O nome da papelaria diz presentes finos, mas o atendimento vai é nada fino!
Fiquei enjoada com a atitude dessa senhora.
The lady who was watching was extremely rude! A person of approximately 60 years.
I went to the stationery shop yesterday looking for a plastic that is sold by the meter. I entered with my daughter in comfort baby and to enter the stationery you must slide the glass door that is closed.
Obviously, unintentionally, I bumped into the glass shelf and a plastic plate fell. The lady already looked ugly and instead of worrying if my baby or I got hurt, she frowned.
If it was something that had broken it would pay, but it was not the case.
I went to ask for plastic and this lady waited for me to finish saying what I wanted and was saying that she doesn't have it.
So I thanked him and turned around.
This lady, again super impolite, went to open the sliding door, initially I thought it was kind, but no, she said "I'm going to open doors for you before I drop something else" !!!! I was without reaction, I really didn't expect such rudeness!
Besides the human part (don't mind if my baby and I get hurt) it's still rude!
Human being, nothing human!
The stationery's name says fine gifts, but the service goes is nothing fine!
I was sick of this lady's attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior atendimento que já vi na minha vida, as 2 atendentes mais mal educadas que já vi, nunca vi papelaria não fazer embrulho, queriam me cobrar o durex, não tinham troco pra 10,00, não me deixaram passar o cartão por conta do valor ser baixo, não consegui comprar uma folha de papel pra embrulhar, deixei a compra lá e ainda saindo me desejaram uma boa sorte bem sarcasticamente!! Não passem perto desse lugar. Educação com os clientes é básico, por favor!!!
Worst service I've ever seen in my life, the 2 most rude attendants I've seen, I've never seen stationery do not wrap, they wanted to charge me the durex, they had no change for 10.00, they did not let me pass the card because of the value be low, I could not buy a sheet of paper to wrap, I left the purchase there and still leaving wished me good luck very sarcastically !! Do not pass near this place. Education with customers is basic, please !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A qualidade no atendimento depende do humor, do tempo, das vibrações cósmicas do dia. Fui mal atendida por uma pessoa grossa que parecia sem energia vital, semblante horrível. Tive a impressão que a criatura estava possuída por um mau espírito. Fui para minha casa e fiz uma conexão com o Universo.Pedi força, luz e alegria para aquela senhora e muito amor para aquele coraçãozinho de argila.
The quality of care depends on the mood, the weather, the cosmic vibrations of the day. I was poorly attended by a thick person who seemed without vital energy, a horrible countenance. I had the impression that the creature was possessed by an evil spirit. I went to my house and made a connection with the Universe. I asked for strength, light and joy for that lady and a lot of love for that little clay heart.
