Se essa Empresa tivesse abraçado o "delivery" nessa pandemia, estaria ganhando dinheiro. Hoje mesmo pela manhã, pedi a recarga de 2 cartuchos (preto e colorido) HP, para um senhor do Ibura, que veio buscar os mesmos, encheu-os e me retornou tudo isso em 2 horas. Paguei a ele R$ 50,00 e já os estou utilizando na minha impressora. Mas primeiro procurei a papel point onde sempre recarreguei os meus cartuchos, infelizmente desde ontem o telefone de lá só chama e ninguém atende, demonstrando que aderiram ao isolamento social.
I have always been well attended to and met my product needs for the computer and printer. Prices compatible with the competing market. If this company had embraced "delivery" in this pandemic, it would be making money. This morning, I ordered the refill of 2 HP cartridges (black and color), for a gentleman from Ibura, who came to pick them up, filled them up and returned all this to me in 2 hours. I paid him R $ 50.00 and I'm already using them on my printer. But first I looked for a paper point where I always refilled my cartridges, unfortunately since yesterday the phone there only calls and no one answers, demonstrating that they have adhered to social isolation.

Levei meu PC pra concertar e alem da demora pra fazer a analise, que durou uma semana, eles me disseram que o meu processador e placa de vídeo não estavam funcionando e queriam me vender processador novo e reinstalar Windows por 120 reais, absurdo! peguei meu PC devolta e levei minha placa de vídeo e processador pra outro tecnico que fez os testes na hora pra mim e estavam ambos funcionando perfeitamente. So fiz perder meu tempo nessa assistência!
I do not recommend. I took my PC to fix and besides the delay to do the analysis, which lasted a week, they told me that my processor and video card were not working and wanted to sell me a new processor and reinstall Windows for 120 reais, absurd! I took my PC back and took my video card and processor to another technician who did the tests on the spot for me and they were both working perfectly. I just wasted my time on this assistance!
