★ ★ ★ ★ ★ é totalmente desconfortável entrar em uma loja para conhece-la, talvez levar alguns produtos e ser olhada como alguém inferior.Fiz uma visita de passagem com mais 3 pessoas e me senti totalmente ofendida com o tratamento que recebi.Não fui atendida, não deram bom dia e ainda ficaram olhando como se fôssemos levar algo, uma verdadeira postura antiquada, porém não surpreendente para a sociedade em que vivemos.
 it is totally uncomfortable to go into a store to meet her, maybe take some products and be looked at as someone inferior. I made a passing visit with 3 more people and I felt totally offended by the treatment I received. day and still looked as if we were going to take something, a real old-fashioned posture, but not surprising for the society in which we live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é péssimo, das duas vezes que fui não tive assistência para achar o que precisava e uma das funcionárias te atende de acordo com sua aparência, por isso saí e fui comprar na esfera (ao lado, o atendimento é ótimo e a papelaria é super organizada)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compro nessa papelaria desde 2004, quando tinha 12 anos e estudava no Darwin. Vou até hoje pela borracha RADEX que não encontro em outro lugar.
A "Tia" (dona) é muito engraçada e simpática. Vou pra comprar uma borracha de R$2,00 e volto com um caminhão caçamba lotado de material escolar que sabe Deus quando e pra que usarei.
Recomendadíssima!
OBS: Por favor, nunca parem de vender Radex.
I bought in this stationery since 2004, when I was 12 and studying at Darwin. I still go today for the RADEX rubber that I can't find anywhere else.
The "Aunt" (owner) is very funny and friendly. I go to buy a R $ 2.00 rubber and come back with a bucket truck full of school supplies that God knows when and what I will use it for.
Very recommended!
NOTE: Please, never stop selling Radex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei online, bom atendimento mas a entrega é péssima, informado o endereço corretamente mas a transportadora não tinha o endereço completo (não sei se o erro era da transportadora ou da papelaria), demora muito grande, o prazo era de 9 dias e já se passaram mais de 20 e minha encomenda ainda não chegou. Experiência terrível, a única parte de boa é que a papelaria fez contato o tempo todo, me informando os novos prazos (que não foram cumpridos). Eu comprei exatamente pelo prazo e necessitava da encomenda, não voltaria a comprar.
I bought it online, good service but the delivery is terrible, I informed the address correctly but the carrier did not have the full address (I don't know if the error was from the carrier or the stationery), it takes too long, the deadline was 9 days and it's already more than 20 have passed and my order hasn't arrived yet. Terrible experience, the only good part is that the stationery made contact all the time, informing me of the new deadlines (which were not met). I bought exactly on time and needed the order, I would not buy again.
