Funcionária grossa, e ainda errou o pedido, ao invés de se desculpar, discutiu com minha mãe (uma senhora) e ainda não trocou o pedido. Trágico pq adoramos o sorvete, mas por conta do atendimento não voltaremos a consumir no local.
For the second time I come to Franca with my family, I had a bad experience with the service. A rude employee, and still got the order wrong, instead of apologizing, she argued with my mother (a lady) and still didn't change the order. Tragic because we love the ice cream, but because of the service we will not go back to eating there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente sorvete, com preço justo e bom atendimento. Recomendo a linha unicórnio. Sinceramente nem sei qual o sabor do azul, mas é muito gostoso e refrescante.
Excellent ice cream, fair price and good service. I recommend the unicorn line. Honestly, I don't even know what blue tastes like, but it's very tasty and refreshing.
