★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior serviço de entrega do Rio de Janeiro. Mais de 2h atrasado e quando finalmente conseguimos falar com alguém na loja disseram que ainda iam preparar a pizza. Detalhe é que a previsão era de 30 minutos. Fujam dessa furada!
Worst delivery service in Rio de Janeiro. Over 2 hours late and when we finally managed to speak to someone at the store they said they were still going to prepare the pizza. Detail is that the forecast was 30 minutes. Get away from this bore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui almoçar com os meus amigos c trabalho para comemorar o dia das mulheres, pedimos 2 churrasco mistos, diz na entrada q tem cortesia de pudim, porém quando fui pedi o pudim a funcionária Michele 3 vez até entender q a mesma não quis nos atender. Passou pela mesa ignorando totalmente.
Até a moça que serve a comida muito educada, finalizou o atendimento. A comida é ótima mas esse experiência...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sobre papa jack pizzaria, fiz o pedido, morrendo de fome e pedi pra entregar sachês de ketchup. E enquanto comia, sentia um cheiro super estranho de barata, até que fui sentir o cheiro do sachês (que eu estava abrindo com o dente) e estava la um cheiro bizarro de barata. Liguei pra unidade Uptown, e pedi pra falar com o gerente mediante imediatamente, Gilberto como se apresentou e fui super destratado ele dizia que não tinha baratas no estabelecimento, eu pedi que ele cheirasse os sachês de ketchup disponíveis no estoque e a ligação ficou em silêncio, e finalizou pedindo que viesse na plataforma fazer a reclamação. Ainda debochou na chamada “ Não tenho entregadores para enviar ketchup para o Sr. “ ou seja, não entendeu o feedback do cliente, que fui muito objetivo e inclusive evitar problemas desse tipo futuros clientes!!!
Os sachês estão aqui, alguns intocados para possível perícia.
Eu vou realizar uma denúncia a vigilância sanitária. E ele foi muito mal educado no atendimento. Conduta terrível para um gerente. Estou extremamente insatisfeito. Ainda o mesmo me induziu a realizar a reclamação através do support do estabelecimento. Total descaso. PapaJack, não esperava por essa!
About papa jack pizzeria, I ordered, starving and asked to deliver ketchup sachets. And while I was eating, I felt a super weird cockroach smell, until I smelled the sachets (which I was opening with my teeth) and there was a bizarre cockroach smell. I called the Uptown unit, and asked to speak with the manager immediately, Gilberto as he introduced himself and I was super treated he said that there were no cockroaches in the establishment, I asked him to smell the ketchup sachets available in stock and the call was silent , and ended by asking him to come to the platform to complain. He still mocked the call " I don't have delivery guys to send ketchup to Mr. “ in other words, did not understand the customer's feedback, that I was very objective and even avoid problems of this type future customers!!!
The sachets are here, some untouched for possible expertise.
I'm going to make a complaint to the health surveillance. And he was very rude in customer service. Terrible conduct for a manager. I am extremely dissatisfied.
