Não importa se o seu atendimento é público ou particular,somos seres humanos e devemos respeitar todos, independente de raça,credo,cor ou posição social!
 Terrible place and horrible service! You are waiting 3 hours to be attended !!!!!! A lack of respect for human beings. It doesn't matter if your service is public or private, we are human beings and we must respect everyone, regardless of race, creed, color or social position!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é maravilhoso, porém, vou levantar uma crítica.. Minha avó foi se operar, fez os processos e na hora do soro, foram mais 6 pessoas com ela, a enfermeira usou um algodão com álcool nas 7 pessoas, e ressaltando que estava sem luvas.. Em um ambiente bem propício a infecções deveria ter o mínimo de consciência!
The service is wonderful, however, I will raise a criticism. My grandmother went to have an operation, performed the procedures and at the time of the serum, there were 6 more people with her, the nurse used a cotton ball with alcohol in the 7 people, and emphasizing that she was without gloves .. In an environment that is prone to infections, you should have a minimum of awareness!

The attendant at this clinic is impatient and not at all helpful. I stopped making an appointment because of that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrível o atendimento,demora horas para ser atendido e alguns funcionários são dispersos na hora de informar e ajudar os pacientes. Não interessa se o paciente vem do público,devemos respeitar todos! Aos meus olhos parece uma distinção muito grande com pessoas que tiveram encaminhamento do sus! Se vocês não querem atender pacientes dessa área,então tirem e parem de humilhar as pessoas,somos seres humanos e queremos respeito!
The service is terrible, it takes hours to be attended and some employees are dispersed when it comes to informing and helping patients. It doesn't matter if the patient comes from the public, we must respect everyone! In my eyes it seems like a very big distinction with people who have been referred by sus! If you don't want to see patients in this area, then take it out and stop humiliating people, we are human beings and we want respect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo! Fazem distinção entre o usuário do SUS e demais demandas.Esperei mais de 2 horas pela consulta.Resolvi não esperar,pois creio que iria esperar muito mais ainda,é os atendentes não te dão uma resposta satisfatória quando inqueridos a respeito!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A estrutura é ótima. Os atendentes são super mal educados. Esperei 2 horas pra ser atendido pra médica não me passar a receita do óculos e meu grau. O atendimento médico tem que saber que medico não é passeio. Não temos o dia inteiro disponível.
The structure is great. The attendants are super rude. I waited 2 hours to be seen for the doctor not to give me the prescription for my glasses and my degree. Medical care has to know that a doctor is not a trip. We don't have the whole day available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pense em uma bagunça! Infelizmente só posso falar mal, avisaram minha esposa que a consulta era por ordem de chegada, até as 11:00. Chegamos às 10:30 e o médico já havia saído. Depois disso, foram mais de 4 horas de espera! Não recomendo.
Think of a mess! Unfortunately, I can only say bad things, my wife was told that the appointment was on a first-come, first-served basis, until 11:00. We arrived at 10:30 and the doctor had already left. After that, it was more than 4 hours of waiting! I do not recommend.
