A caixa de assistência dos advogados da OAB-PA administra o local e é a responsável por reservas de churrasqueira e quadra de futsal, além desses espaços, também há lazer de todo tipo e para todas as idades. Também há um salão de eventos. A piscina é bem limpa e conservada. O ponto fraco é o restaurante do local que não tem um atendimento muito ágil, os petiscos são até bons porém o sal que vem em sachês veio úmido e o molho rosê não é muito bom. Os 10% são opcionais. Fora isso a cerveja de lá é sempre gelada e com bom preço.
 The structure of the place is quite complete. The OAB-PA's attorney assistance office manages the site and is responsible for barbecue reservations and futsal court, besides these spaces, there is also leisure of all kinds and for all ages. There is also an event hall. The pool is well cleaned and maintained. The weak point is the restaurant of the place that does not have a very agile service, the snacks are even good however the salt that comes in sachets came moist and the rosé sauce is not very good. The 10% are optional. Other than that the beer there is always cold and at a good price.
