Pelas informações que passei ao telefone, disse ser simples e me orientou quanto ao que fazer. Em menos de meia hora os problemas estavam resolvidos. Para mim, foram instruções valiosas e quando perguntei quanto deveria pagar, apesar de minha insistência, o João não aceitou qualquer pagamento por não ter tido que se deslocar até minha residência. Muitíssimo agradecida, João. É raro encontrar pessoas assim. Que Deus o abençoe!
I had an electrical failure in the apartment at 9pm. I called Prevetec and was answered by the electrician João - an attentive, helpful, experienced and detached professional. From the information I gave on the phone, he said it was simple and guided me on what to do. In less than half an hour the problems were solved. For me, they were valuable instructions and when I asked how much I should pay, despite my insistence, João did not accept any payment because he did not have to travel to my house.
