Meu Pai está a um mês com salário atrasado, já até saiu da empresa já cumpriu aviso e nada de pagarem o dele salário nem os valores que ele tem por direito. Vejo meu pai passar mal, com dívidas acumulando, sendo que tem dinheiro para receber, e por irresponsabilidade dessa empresa que não honra com seus deveres mínimos que é pagar salário de seus funcionários, e isso não é só ele outros funcionários também reclamam do mesmo problemas, funcionários que ainda trabalham na Pará, que se sujeitam infelizmente pois não tem outro lugar pra ir.
FICA AQUI MEU ALERTA para aqueles que pretendem trabalhar nessa empresa.
FICA AQUI MEU ALERTA principalmente para grandes e médias empresas que pretendem contratar essa Pará Segurança. Funcionários desmotivado emocionante não trabalham bem, e enquanto essa Pará não valorizar seus funcionários, os mesmos não podem trabalhar bem e dispostos fazendo segurança de suas empresas pensando em tudo que tem pra pagar.
Esse é meu desabafo.
Obs: E só estou colocando um estrela pq não tenho como não colocar nenhuma. Pq se pudesse não colocaria nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ uma das piores empresa de vigilância que trabalhei,não deposita o fgts dos funcionarios,não me pagaram minha Rescisão de trabalho,eles so querem pagar na justiça do trabalho,,pessima empresa..não indico ela a nimguém..
