Excellent service, fair price, quick service, super helpful and polite, this is the second time I take the car there. They are reliable, my car was there and the service was great. They even glued the seat belt part on for me.
Located right on the highway next to the Ale post in Maricá.
For sure if you have to move your car there is the right place!

Fui ao local na parte da manhã e mandaram que eu voltasse no horário da tarde, pois não poderiam atender. Voltei a tarde, as 15:50 e a pessoa disse que não poderia atender pois a loja fechava às 17:00. Eu olhei a hora e falei que ainda faltavam 1 h e 10 para o fechamento, nem se quer procuraram saber o defeito. Inconformada fui até a pessoa responsável que disse que o serviço é realizado por ordem de chegada! Ou seja, se ele tivesse me dito na parte da manhã, tinha deixado o carro e as 15:50 já estaria resolvido!
O serviço pode até ser de excelência (apesar de não ter tido o prazer ou desprazer de experimentar) mas, o atendimento é péssimo!!
O atendimento muitas vezes é o que fideliza o cliente!

I was treated poorly!! They didn't give information. My first time at the place, I got there by recommendation.
I went to the place in the morning and they told me to come back in the afternoon, because they couldn't answer. I came back in the afternoon, at 15:50 and the person said he couldn't answer because the store closed at 17:00. I looked at the time and said that there were still 1 and 10 hours left for closing, they didn't even look for the defect. Dissatisfied I went to the person in charge who said that the service is on a first come, first served basis! That is, if he had told me in the morning, he had left the car and at 15:50 it would have been resolved!
The service may even be excellent (although I didn't have the pleasure or displeasure of trying it) but the service is terrible!!
Customer service is often what makes the customer loyal!
