Como sugestão aumentaria o numero de caixas, somente um as vezes demora demais entre pagar e tirar a nota fiscal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já comprei outras vezes e fui bem atendido, porém realmente posso ver que a atendente é a mesma pois não dá a devida atenção aos clientes que muitas vezes não tem conhecimento técnico do material que vai adquirir e é atendido por uma pessoa assim sem perfil para atendimento, que não ajuda e ainda por cima faz questão que o cliente perceba que está descontente em fazer o atendimento, inclusive resmungando ao telefone. Me senti totalmente desconfortavel.

Todas as vezes que compro neste estabelecimento tenho problemas para receber o material, nunca entregam na data, já recebi a minha compra com mais de uma semana. Agora recente, comprei um material, paguei pelo frete, me deram o prazo de 48 horas e tem 5 dias. venho comprando em outras lojas que têm apreço pelo cliente e fazem a entrega em tempo hábil, infelizmente ás vezes o produto que quero só tem aí.
Espero que a direção e os próprios funcionários tomem tento, porque já vi muita loja de produto essencial fechar as portas e ficar um monte de desempregados.

Now recent, I bought a material, paid for the shipping, they gave me a 48-hour period and have 5 days. I've been shopping in other stores that have an appreciation for the customer and deliver in a timely manner, unfortunately sometimes the product I want just has it there.
I hope that the management and the employees themselves will try, because I have seen a lot of essential products stores close their doors and become a lot of unemployed.

lá não para de subir prédio e obras, e não tem uma empresa de grande porte pra dar assistência, todos que procuramos lá qse não tem material e vila dos cabanos está crescendo cada vez mais como polo industrial.
