Passei 20 dias hospedado e é nítido quando o clube Paysandu realiza seus jogos na cidade, o hotel ignora os outros clientes.
A recepcionista Lucivan e o seu Gerente Ricardo, realizaram a mudança dos meus pertences de quarto para atender o clube, sem minha presença. Em lugar nenhum isso acontece, totalmente constrangedor.
 Meals and laundry service very good, but the hotel chooses the customer.
I spent 20 days staying and it is clear when the Paysandu club plays its games in the city, the hotel ignores the other customers.
The receptionist Lucivan and his Manager Ricardo, carried out the change of my room belongings to attend the club, without my presence. Nowhere does this happen, totally embarrassing.
