Uma péssima experiência, PÉSSIMA mesmo, aluguei uma roupa de pajem, a camisa simplesmente amarelada e a moça ainda veio me dizer que algodão não fica branco! É triste você alugar uma roupa pra ter que usar a própria camisa porque a alugada está toda AMARELA, além disso, ainda tive que ouvir que quase cancelaram a roupa porque eu demorei a pagar (sendo que paguei no mesmo dia!). Uma experiência péssima, muito além do descaso e do estressante! Detalhe: esperei 15 min pela roupa porque segundo eles foram passar, e demorou tanto que pedi sem passar mesmo! Se estava separado porque tamanha 16h não estava passada?
I'm giving 1 star because unfortunately I can't give zero! A bad experience, REALLY BAD, I rented a pageboy's clothes, the shirt was simply yellowed and the girl even came to tell me that cotton doesn't turn white! It's sad that you rent an outfit so you have to wear your own shirt because the rented one is all YELLOW, besides, I had to hear that they almost canceled the clothes because I took so long to pay (and I paid on the same day!). A terrible experience, far beyond neglect and stress! Detail: I waited 15 minutes for the clothes because, according to them, they went to iron, and it took so long that I asked for it without ironing! If you were separated because it wasn't so late at 16 hours?
