Falaram que iriam me entregar na sexta feira 23/02 e o atendente disse que seria CERTEZA, C E R T E Z A, porém deram uma desculpa que não estavam encontrando e depois falaram que não chegou! Agora estão falando que vão me entregar na segunda, vamos ver se pelo menos o óculos chega na loja né rsrsrsrs
Se vocês falaram que vão entregar em uma data, por favor ENTREGUEM!!!!!!!!

It lacks a lot of professionalism!!!!!! There's a lot of responsibility, because they were supposed to deliver me the glasses on Thursday 02/22 but they didn't. They said they would deliver me on Friday 23/02 and the attendant said it would be SURE, C E R T E Z A, but they gave an excuse they weren't finding and then said it didn't come! Now they're saying they'll deliver it to me on Monday, let's see if at least the glasses arrive at the store, right lol
If you said you're going to deliver on a date, please DO IT!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou de Brasília, estou em SP a passeio e precisei de uma ótica pra arrumar a haste do meu óculos. Entrei no Mercadão dos Óculos e fui atendida pela funcionária Camila. Fiquei encantada com a maneira com que ela conduziu meu atendimento, sempre muito prestativa, simpática e demostrando muito conhecimento, fazendo com que eu me sentisse segura durante todo o atendimento.

I am from Brasilia, I'm in SP on tour and I needed an optic to fix the rod of my glasses. I entered the Mercadão dos Eyeglasses and was attended by the employee Camila. I was delighted with the way she conducted my service, always very helpful, friendly and showing a lot of knowledge, making me feel safe throughout the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NUNCA MAIS COMPRO NADA! DESCASO TOTAL COM OS CLIENTES.... Antes nomeado MERCADÃO DOS ÓCULOS. Fiz uma compra de 500 reais, deixei um sinal de 200 e ficaria mais 300 para pagamento. Ao retirar passaram 700 reais no meu cartão de credito, estou tentando contato desde de fevereiro e ninguém me da se quer um retorno.
NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING! TOTAL DISMISSAL WITH CUSTOMERS .... Formerly named MARKET OF GLASSES. I made a purchase of 500 reais, left a down payment of 200 and there would be another 300 for payment. When I withdraw 700 reais on my credit card, I have been trying to contact you since February and no one gives me any feedback.
