★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra pelo site de vários produtos, depois de algumas tentativas pelo Whatsapp, tive uma breve conversa por telefone com uma pessoa que se apresentou como Carlos, me pediu desculpas por estar atrasando o meu pedido, mais que logo estaria resolvido, uma semana depois ainda não recebi meus produtos, e não estou conseguindo falar com ninguém da empresa, via Whatsapp ou telefone fixo, ja mandei e-mails , mandei mensagem pelo Instagram e tb Não tive nenhuma resposta.
I made a purchase on the website for several products, after a few attempts on Whatsapp, I had a brief phone conversation with a person who introduced himself as Carlos, apologized to me for delaying my order, more that would soon be resolved, a week later I still haven't received my products, and I'm not able to talk to anyone at the company, via Whatsapp or landline, I've already sent emails, sent messages via Instagram and tb I didn't have any answer.
