★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segunda concretagem que eu contato eles, segunda vez que fico chateado com o atendimento. Na primeira concretagem os caminhões vieram sem lacre e sem nota fiscal, apenas com um romaneio feito a mão parecendo uma nota de bar. Contratamos uma lança que não estava funcionando e tivemos que substitui-la por uma bomba convencional o que atrasou a concretagem, na segunda concretagem os caminhões de concreto foram chegar depois das 11:00 o que atrasou e praticamente perdemos a manha inteira de serviço. Fico muito decepcionado e triste pois em paraty não temos muitas opções de concreteiras e ficamos nas mãos deste tio de atendimento.

In the first concreting process, the trucks came unsealed and without an invoice, just with a handmade packing list that looked like a bar bill. We hired a boom that was not working and had to replace it with a conventional pump, which delayed the concreting. In the second concreting, the concrete trucks arrived after 11:00, which delayed us and we practically lost the entire morning of service. I'm very disappointed and sad because in Paraty we don't have many options for concrete companies and we are in the hands of this service uncle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em contato com a empresa foi feito um agendamento para consultar a medida do local e quantos metros precisaria de concreto, no primeiro orçamento 7m3, porém depois de visitar o local foi passado um valor de 8m3 para concretar todo o quintal e ainda uma área que não foi somada de início, alegando que sobraria e daria para fazer .. porém ontem quando foi efetuado o serviço, faltou concreto fiquei com uma parte sem concretar e fora que o serviço cobrado de espalhar e bomba foram de péssima qualidade, deixei o terreno todo nivelado porem, ficou cheio de imperfeições, com locais mais altos e outros mais baixos, sem contar que a caída do quintal ficou totalmente para minha cozinha, quando vier uma chuva intensa irá alagar minha cozinha, ou seja o barato cobrado pela empresa sairá o dobro da concorrente, que por 1 mil reais faria o serviço muito melhor, tentei contato para verificar o restante e foi falando que o contratado era 8m3 e entregue 8m3...
Bem complicado e não recomendo!!!!

Very complicated and I don't recommend it!!!!
