★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já pratiquei em diferentes escolas do Brasil. Poucos lugares são como a Parede de Pedra. Poderia dizer que o espaço é bonito e aconchegante, mas isso não é “tão difícil” de se reproduzir. O que é incrível neste lugar é a qualidade profissional, o alto nível, a maneira como transmitem os ensinamentos. São professores na essência real e profunda da palavra. Ótima escola para estudar e praticar Yoga em Vitória, ES.
 I have already practiced in different schools in Brazil. Few places are like the Stone Wall. I could say that the space is beautiful and cozy, but that is not “so difficult” to reproduce. What is amazing in this place is the professional quality, the high level, the way they transmit the teachings. They are teachers in the real and deep essence of the word. Great school to study and practice Yoga in Vitória, ES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Parede de Pedra é muito especial para mim. Nunca tive feito yoga e quando fiz minha primeira aula experimental, tive a certeza que ia continuar. Sou aluna de hatha e de ashtanga e a cada prática relembro que yoga vai muito além do corpo físico. A gente reaprende a respirar, a respeitar as limitações físicas e a estar ali presente. E no meio da pandemia, os professores não terem parado as aulas, terem se preocupado e se organizado para as aulas online e assistência aos alunos de forma individual, sem contar todo o conhecimento ensinado em cada aula, só me fez gostar mais e entender que o Parede de Pedra é muito especial. MUITO obrigada professores, em especial a Professora Simone, é muito lindo fazer parte disso tudo! Namastê, Alice.
The Stone Wall is very special to me. I never did yoga and when I took my first experimental class, I was sure I was going to continue. I am a student of hatha and ashtanga and with each practice I remember that yoga goes far beyond the physical body. We learn to breathe, to respect physical limitations and to be there. And in the middle of the pandemic, the teachers did not stop classes, they were worried and organized for online classes and assistance to students individually, not to mention all the knowledge taught in each class, it just made me like it more and understand that the Stone Wall is very special. Thank you very much teachers, especially Professor Simone, it is very beautiful to be part of it all! Namaste, Alice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre que passo pelo portão de entrada do Parede, a minha sensação é de que estou entrando em um ambiente seguro.
Não digo segurança da maneira comum que estamos habituados a falar. Mas uma segurança especial, de quem sabe que está entre pessoas do bem e de bem.
Segurança de quem sabe que ali será acolhido, o que não quer dizer que me “passarão a mão na cabeça” , mas sim que me ajudarão a enxergar e superar tantas dificuldades, comuns à todos nós.
No Parede aprendi o que é o yoga. Aprendi e continuo aprendendo que os asanas (que são importantes) são “apenas” uma parte dessa prática tão linda, intensa e transformadora.
Através do Parede o yoga entrou em mim e fez
morada. E eu, com carinho, respeito e admiração me esforço todos os dias para ser digno de servir de morada para algo tão especial.
Minha eterna e sincera gratidão aos meus professores e mestres. ??❤️
Whenever I pass through the entrance gate of Parede, my feeling is that I am entering a safe environment.
I do not say security in the usual way that we are used to talking. But a special security, of those who know that they are between good and good people.
The security of those who know that they will be welcomed there, which does not mean that they will “put their hands on my head”, but that they will help me to see and overcome so many difficulties, common to all of us.

Giuliano e Simone são bastante criteriosos na seleção e formação. Nesse período de pandemia, conseguiram nos surpreender ainda mais, oferecendo um conteúdo adaptado e organizado. É perceptível que as aulas são construídas com muito zelo e cuidado, são bastante informativas, e a grade ampla de aulas demonstra uma preocupação não somente com as práticas, mas com a formação integral dos alunos. Além disso, se mostram a todo momento preocupados em atender da melhor forma possível as demandas dos alunos, revendo práticas e planejamentos, a partir de uma comunicação clara e direta. A sensação que fica é que a gente não tá contratando apenas um serviço, mas fazendo parte de uma comunidade.
I have been a student at Parede de Pedra for 3 years. All the school professionals with whom I have had contact were extremely professional. Giuliano and Simone are very judicious in the selection and formation. During this pandemic period, they managed to surprise us even more, offering adapted and organized content. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para começar a falar do Parede de Pedra, começo agradecendo a Giuliano e Simone, por que entrar no parede de pedra e começar a prática de Yoga foi uma das melhores experiências. Sempre que tenho a oportunidade quando alguém me pergunta sobre Yoga, ou uma prática ( atividade) que possa ajudar nessa correria do dia a dia, sobre uma forma de levar a vida de outra forma , mais leve, eu associo a eles e o espaço que eles criaram. Um ambiente que ao entrar você já se sente melhor.
Comecei a prática antes dessa loucura que estamos vivendo no momento, e no ano de 2020 iniciaram a adaptação p " Parede TV ", que me ajudou bastante a manter a prática e a " sanidade mental " rsrs.
Na dúvida se começar a prática de Yoga, somente inicie e com quem ama o que faz. Obrigada Parede de Pedra.

To start talking about the Stone Wall, I begin by thanking Giuliano and Simone, because entering the stone wall and starting Yoga practice was one of the best experiences. Whenever I have the opportunity when someone asks me about Yoga, or a practice (activity) that can help in this day-to-day rush, about a way of taking life in a different, lighter way, I associate them and the space that they created. An environment that when you enter you already feel better.
I started the practice before this madness that we are experiencing at the moment, and in the year of 2020 they started to adapt to "Parede TV", which helped me a lot to maintain the practice and "mental sanity" lol.
When in doubt if you start practicing Yoga, just start and with those who love what you do. Thank you Stone Wall.
