Primeiro entrei em contato e os mesmos responderam que encaminhariam meu contato para um corretor, demorou um dia e nada, tive que entrar em contato de novo e solicitar o atendimento.
O corretor que me atendeu perguntou se eu gostaria de fazer uma simulação e eu disse que sim, pois tinha interesse em um imóvel no valor de R$ 219.000,00, porém o corretor não soube sequer fazer uma simples simulação da caixa, e quando questionado sobre o enquadramento no MCMV (pois o mesmo havia me feito uma simulação como SBPE sem explicar o motivo) e quando questionado sobre a tabela Price o mesmo simplesmente respondeu que não é especialista nisso e que deveria ir na agência (isso só pra fazer uma simulação).
Um corretor que OFERECEU fazer a simulação para mim não soube fazer a simulação e disse que eu deveria ir na agência ver as opções.
Completamente despreparado.
The service was terrible.
First I got in touch and they replied that they would forward my contact to a broker, it took a day and nothing, I had to get in touch again and request the service.
The broker who answered me asked if I would like to do a simulation and I said yes, because I was interested in a property worth R $ 219,000.00, but the broker did not even know how to do a simple simulation of the box, and when asked about the classification in the MCMV (because it had made me a simulation as SBPE without explaining the reason) and when asked about the Price table, he simply replied that he is not an expert in this and that he should go to the agency (just to do a simulation ).
A broker who OFFERED to do the simulation for me did not know how to do the simulation and said that I should go to the agency to see the options.
Completely unprepared.
