Comuniquei a loja o ocorrido e me foi alegado que eu causei o dano na roupa e por isso não fariam troca ou devolução do meu dinheiro. O vestido estragou somente de experimentar, imagina se tivesse sido usado? me foi dito que eu causei o dano ao experimentar o vestido então como eu vou usar o mesmo se nem experimentar posso???
I bought a latex dress in that store, when I tried to sew the latex stitching. I communicated to the store what happened and it was alleged to me that I caused the damage to the clothes and therefore they would not exchange or refund my money. The dress spoiled just to try it, imagine if it had been used? I was told that I caused the damage by trying on the dress so how am I going to wear it if I can't even try it ???
