★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou morador há 30 dias, como positivo podemos eleger: localização, silêncio; acessibilidade para deslocamento pela cidade, próximo à BR030 e anel viário; centro médico, rodoviária e Hospital geral . Por se tratar de um condomínio novo ainda existem muitas obras em andamento o que gera sujeira e, segundo informações muitos dos lotes estão de posse de empresários que não pensam em construir, mas especular, isso é o que de momento podemos avaliar de negativo.
I have been a resident for 30 days, as positive we can choose: location, silence; accessibility for moving around the city, close to BR030 and the ring road; medical center, road and general hospital. As it is a new condominium, there are still many works in progress, which generates dirt and, according to information, many of the lots are owned by entrepreneurs who do not think about building, but speculate, this is what we can evaluate at the moment.
