★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cobra caro, o atendimento é grosseiro e muito despreparado para atender público, não sabem resolver problema e só indicam falar com o ADM que não atende o telefone. Além de demorarem e bagunçarem a entrega dos carros, o que é engraçado que deu tempo de mudarem a estação gravada no rádio. É tudo bagunçado, apertado e perigoso de sofrer um acidente com o guichê colado na pista de saída dos carros. Não indico, só grosseria e falta de administração.
Snake expensive, the service is rude and very unprepared to answer public, do not know how to solve problem and only indicate talking to the ADM who does not answer the phone. As well as taking time and messing up the delivery of cars, which is funny it gave time to change the station recorded on the radio. It's all messy, tight and dangerous from crashing into the ticket window stuck in the driveway. No indication, just rudeness and lack of administration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parei na frente de moto, perguntei o Detran está funcionando ? disseram que sim atravessei a rua e vi que estava fechado, questionei o rapaz e ele me disse que teria que pagar mesmo assim.
Demorei trinta segundos para atravessar e e me obrigaram a pagar do mesmo jeito.
Desonestos e careiros, não aconselho a ninguém esse estacionamento
I stopped in front of a motorcycle, I asked Detran is it working? they said yes, i crossed the street and saw that it was closed, i questioned the boy and he told me that i would have to pay anyway.
It took me thirty seconds to cross and they forced me to pay the same way.
Dishonest and carious, I do not advise anyone this parking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento.. Chegamos 15:40 pra visitar o Farol Santander e ninguém do estacionamento informou que o mesmo fechava as 17h.. No Google diz que fecha as 22h.. Não custava ele informar que fechava essa hora.. estava com uma criancinha de colo.. Lamentável .. NÃO RECOMENDO. Só dei uma estrela porq não posso dar zero
Terrible service. We arrived at 3:40 pm to visit Farol Santander and no one in the parking lot informed that it closed at 5 pm. Google says it closes at 10 pm. lap.. Regrettable .. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I only gave one star because I can't give zero
